BSS MONDAY IDEA - Bunny in an Egg

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.

Today's card idea is a throwback to my childhood.  Remember those beautiful eggs that
had a scene inside....well this card was made with that in mind.

This precious bunny is a stamp from Northwoods, no numbers on the wood block.

To make it look like you're looking inside an egg, I used the Spellbinders
Classic Oval Nestabilities dies, placing a smaller one inside the next size one, depending on
what size you want to use. When you cut the two dies, you end up with just this thin
oval.
To make the card base, I made a card with the Spellbinders Scalloped Nestabilities,
placing the top of the die just above the fold on a folded piece of white card stock so you get a working card.  Then I cut an additional single front and adhered it to the card so it wasn't flat at the top.

I ran the front and the thin oval die through Cuttlebug embossing folders.
I glued the image to the thin frame where I wanted it, then cut the excess from the edges of the image.
Centered on the Scalloped card.  Added a simple bow and flower with a button center and white twine.

This would be so pretty in sparkly glitter paper too.

Hope you have time to try this look.

Thanks for stopping by today.
Have a great week.
