The inside

What I used

Big Bubble Background Die, Poppy Stamps 1032
Silver Pom glitter paper
Blue card stock with snowflakes on it (sorry, it was a scrap, don't know whose
paper it is.
Snowflakes, Penny Black, Snowflake Trio (51-015)
Snowflake punch Martha Stewart, also inside snowflake border
Sizzix snowflakes (old)
Blue Rhinestones
Silver ribbon bow
Inside sentiment Winter's Butterfly (C-2604) Hero Arts

How I made it

Die cut the Big Bubble die on the designer paper of your choice.
Keep the circles
Cut a 41/4 x 5 1/2 piece of glitter paper
Adhere the cut out die to the glitter paper
Adhere some of the circles back
  into the die.
I put five edge pieces back in.  In the remaining circles pop up
die cut snowflakes of different sizes and designs.  On the edge
snowflakes I cut them to fit.
Adhere to an A2 white card base.
Add a rhinestone to the center of each snowflake.

What a fun die this one is.  I can see leaves for fall, flowers for spring and summer.
Will get a lot of use out of this one.

Thanks for stopping by today.
Have a great week.
Sue Drees
