BSS MONDAY IDEA - TRADITIONAL COLORS CHRISTMAS CARD

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.

This week, we are using traditional Christmas colors for a beautiful holiday card.

Have you noticed how popular deer images are this year?
They are such beautiful animals and this Penny Black image is
no exception.

My finished card

What I used

Stamp - Penny Black - Enchanted Forest - (4395K)
Bright Red, and White card stock, Green and white glittered
docraft paper.
Spellbinder's Grand Rectangles dies (LF-132)
or you can cut your own mats, measurements below
Bow die - Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations Bow-Tied (659426)
Striped Embossing Folder by Cuttlebug
WOW Clear Sparkle Embossing Powder
Color with Copics

How it was made

Started with a 5x6 Bright red tent folded card
From the bottom up, mats are:
white 41/2 x 5 3/4
Green Glitter - 4 x 5
White - 3 1/2 x 4 1/2
Red flag embossed piece is 2 3/4 x 5 1/2 with
the "V" cut out on the bottom
Image was trimmed on the sides
 to fit the flag piece.
Image was stamped and colored with Copics
Clear Versamark ink was pounced all over the image
Wow embossing power sprinkled over it
and heated.
The bow can be flattened for mailing.

Thanks for stopping by today for a peek.

Have a great week and
Happy Thanksgiving.
