Throwback Thursday?

I learned a new word today, 'grauple' apparently grauple is what fell from the sky in Amherst today. It is a seconded cousin to snow and a step-brother to hail. Frankly, it looked like Dip n' Dots was raining down. Hopefully it was a one day throwback to winter.

We have Demo Sunday coming up this Sunday and I have some great new products to tell you about and at least one of them will be demoed by Mona this weekend. Call the store if you'd like to attend and participate. We will have a make n' take available. First up is Color Burst by Oliver Crafts. This is so cool!
These little bottles contain a powder that combined with water creates a great watercolor effect. Start with watercolor paper, spritz with water and then squeeze a puff of Color Burst on your paper. Here are some of the effects you can get along with a sample card Alison created with a few different colors.

We are selling these individually or all six colors packaged together at a slightly discounted price.

Next up, for all of you who attended Tammy Tutterow's classes last weekend, we have Ranger's Distress Ink Custom Blend, Do-it-Yourself ink pad. Use Distress Re-inkers to create a color combination exclusive to your project. We also have the larger sized Tim Holtz spray bottles that you saw in the weekend's classes.

New stamps from Verses...

Last but not least, from Paper Cut, pre cut and pop up box card bases. Classes featuring this box card technique have been HUGE! Paper Cut offers two sizes, square pop-up and A-2 pop-up,  each in white and cream. Customize with your own patterned papers and mini dies and you can create your own box cards!

We  are expecting new product from several new companies in the next week or so including Lil Inker Designs at http://shoplilinker.blogspot.com. They have stamps and dies. We are also expecting product from a new paper company, Blue Fern Studios, bluefernstudios@blogspot.com. Check out this layout done with their paper and cardstock die cuts.

That's about all for today, have a great week and I'll. see you next Thursday!
