BSS MONDAY IDEA - Gift Card dHolders

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.

This week, I have three quick Gift Card Holders.  With more of us
giving gift cards for Christmas gifts, I searched the net for some cute
gift card ideas.

Here are the three I chose to show you.

Stocking
You can download the directions and template for the stocking

Stocking opened to show gift card.

Winter Hat Gift Card Holder

Quick and easy.
Fold a 4 1/2 x 6 1/2 inch piece of card stock in half.
Cut an oval punched or die cut Shape, and cut about
1/4 of the bottom off.  Cut a 3/4 inch of card stock for the brim
1/2 inch longer than the bottom of the oval.
Run the strip through an embossing folder for texture,
and pop it up on the bottom of the oval after rounding the corners.
Add button and twine and a pom pom at the top.

for the inside, cut a piece of card stock 4 1/2x 3 3/4 inches
Punch a half circle on the top edge in the center.
Use strong 1/4 inch tape along the sides and
bottom only  of this piece and glue in place
to form a pocket for the gift card or cash.
I used a Spellbinder label die for the sentiment.

This cute Gift Box, Gift card holder was found here.
Great directions and pictures.

Both designer papers for the Gift Box and Stocking
are Wild Rose Studios.

Hope you get a chance to make at least one of these.
If not,  print and save the directions for next year.

Thanks for stopping by today.
Have a great week.
