Late Again...

I'm late again and I didn't want to intrude on Sue's inspiration post on Monday so I'm trying to squeeze this in. Let me get the good stuff in first and we'll go from there.

First up is new bling from Queen and Co.

Fab Scraps is on a roll! They have been making these lovely, delicate imaged papers for a while now and here is one of their latest collections. It features dragonflies, botanicals and vintage writing on postcards and verse.

This is the new Prizm from Spellbinders. It's a great small embossing machine that is really portable for when you don't want to carry your heavy duty one around or for having a second embossing station set up. We'll be giving you more info on this little gem in the future.

I'm back with Fab Scraps for Mother's Day. I had some difficulty turning these images so I want to point out the head of a woman towards there center top of the photo. This collection features floral images in muted purples, corals/oranges and pinks. Two of the papers feature the image of a Victorian woman subtlely incorporated into the paper. These papers would make lovely Mother's Day cards or are great for heritage scrapbook pages.

Can't find your favorite gel pen in your stash? Need something to carry your essentials in so they don't end up at the bottom of your pocketbook? These bags from Freckled Fawn are perfect for your craft supplies or for anything you want to be able to see through to find in a pinch!

Next up, Wedding! Spring is here and we are starting to get merchandise in for all the celebrations that are coming up. Here is our first wedding collection from Echo Park. These are lovely papers that are a little different, modern to my eye but still keeping the traditional elegance we associate with wedding celebrations. The floral and word papers feature gold metallic accents. These are really nice papers and you will find them against the wall where we are creating a wedding section for all our related wedding products.

Again, I apologize for not having this photo straightened but I'm hoping you can see what else we are featuring in our wedding section. Lovely new dies from Echo Park - 'just married' and 'always & forever'. In addition there are two embossing folders and a few mini pads in this wedding collection. Look for more papers, dies and embellishments for your spring celebrations to be coming in soon.

Lastly, hopefully you have gotten our latest emails mentioning that Jennifer Snyder will be back in the store with two classes on Saturday, May 13. One class features watercolor painting with distress inks and the other is a pop-up card class featuring Tim Holtz's Crazy Cats. There will be limited availability for these classes and payment in advance is required to secure your spot. It is $13 per class or both for $25.

I'll try and get this right next week, until then have a great crafty week!
