Busy, Busy, Busy

Summer has become such a busy time for us here at Buffalo Stamps and Stuff. It seems as if one or more of us is on the road coming or going from somewhere. It's almost like a tag relay. We keep passing one another as trips, visits to family, quick weekend jaunts and more are happening. It leaves so little time for crafting!

Not to worry though, we have it all under control and we also have some great new product and inspiration ideas for you. Believe it or not, I've had people in asking me about Christmas already! Also, we are happy to announce the Garage Sale is on for Sunday, July 29. I've been out of the store since we made the initial announcement so I don't have an update on sign-up availability for you this week. I'll see about doing another post this weekend with more info.

Up for this week, here's what's new!

First up is a new stamp positioner from American Crafts. These are designed to work primarily with alphabet stamps but I can see it being used for line phrases and sentiments too. Great for getting that just right curve for circles, ovals, hexagons too!

We have been not so patiently waiting for for Misti's Creative Corners to come in. I'm sure some special orders have already been called.

NEW! from the Misti makers is this bar magnet for holding down your designs as you stamp. We've been selling bar magnets for awhile, this is My Sweet Petunia's version.

Next up is paper from Kaiser.

Sweet woodland animals and more!

We haven't featured Memory Box or their sister company Poppy in a while but they've been busy making quality dies and we have some new ones in. Just an FYI, Birch Press the makers of those three layered dies is also a spin off of Memory Box. We've just started carrying their dies this summer.

I always look forward to their Christmas designs when they come in but today it' all about summer!

Gina K is back with more Foil Mates to use with a laminator (or not!) and colored foil. I'll have to check these out. They look like sentiments for inside your card or even outside. There is also new transfer foil from Rebekah Meier.

If you think Alexandra Renke paper is gorgeous, you should see their Washi tape! It follows the themes of the paper and I think we may be having a class coming up featuring Renke and Washi.

Lastly, we were on the road again this past weekend, just a little closer to home. We were down in the Philadelphia area to visit our daughter who is doing a summer internship with a large financial services company outside of the city. We did manage to do a little sight seeing and take in a ball game while there.

It was a beautiful night for a ball game and the stadium was a sell out. I think there might have been more Yankee fans there than Philly fans. There were dueling battles of "Let's go Yankees!" and "Let's go Phillies!" Once one side started the other side would try and drown them out with their teams chant! We got to see Aaron Judge hit a home run and the Yankees win!

Visited the Liberty Bell. Independence Hall can be seen through the glass behind the bell's pavilion but it had already maxed out it's tickets for the day so we could only walk around it.

One day we had a short rain shower and afterwards was the most vibrant rainbow I've ever seen. This photo through our windshield does not do it justice. You could see defined color bands from red through to purple, just gorgeous.

Lastly, I love industrial art. This is part of a wall on a train platform in central Philadelphia. Colorful mosaic tiles. This is just a small portion of it.

That's it for this week. If I get more photos I will try and post over the weekend so check back in, otherwise I'll see you next week. Happy Crafting!
