How'd you do?

...at the Garage Sale! I was very pleasantly surprised! We had a great turnout thanks to all you wonderful friends of the store. I hope everyone had a good time, got some good bargains and got your creative juices flowing! For you sellers, here comes the fun part, spending our earnings. You have to get rid of old stuff to make way for new stuff! To that end, here are some photos of new stuff that came in late last week.

Lets start with Stamping Bella! Just a little bit different...Look at the eyes! We weren't sure what to make of these when we first saw them but they have been catching on! The phrasing on a few of them are spot on, especially for teenage boys. They are going fast, so I hope there are a few left by time this is posted.

We love our Uptown Girls!

Debbie's favorites...She would definitely do this little boy in the football helmet and this little fisherman!

This dog one...makes me tear up just thinking of Debbie and her dogs. She would have loved it.

Moving on. Very cool embossing folders in 3-D

New Heartfelt Christmas stamps!

I thought before summer's end I'd post a few more photos of our European adventure. For your viewing pleasure today, it's Mykonos, Greece. The color of the water is AMAZING! I was hoping photos would do it justice but, I don't know. You don't get the sparkling shimmer and the variety of colors you do in person, WOW!
I believe that's our ship in the distance. The ships dock at the newer part of town where a new port area has been created especially to accommodate these large ships.  You then take a ferry boat or a bus to the old town area where all these photos were taken.

The famous windmills of Mykonos

There was this little chapel just as you would come ashore from the ferry, right on the water.
It was a fairly warm day but the narrow streets and the cool white facades of the buildings helped to keep the heat down. Tiny little balconies adorned with flower pots and colorful, flowing, flowering vines were everywhere.

Many of the doors and shutters were painted in bright colors. This shop owner displayed her wares using a painted piece of vine outside her shop.

I'll see about posting another stop next week. Until then, happy crafting!
