Snow, Snow Go Away, Come back - Not Today!

NOTICE: Weather Updates - IF the decision is made to close the store we will send out an email to everyone on our list. We will also post to Facebook and I will attempt to update the blog as soon as information is made available. When in doubt, call the store BEFORE you head out! Most importantly STAY SAFE!

We have a busy weekend coming up and another to follow so we need the snow and miserable weather predictions to be WRONG! This weekend we have Guest Artist, Laura Cott back for her incredible Alcohol Ink classes. Laura will be doing two classes. The first features Alcohol Ink Marbling Techniques. The afternoon class is Alcohol Ink Fluid class. We had a great time the last time Laura was here and sign-ups are going quite fast for this weekend. Call the store ASAP if you are interested in one or both classes and do a little Buffalo Snow Dance that the bad weather stays away!

Next up is Stamp Camp! It's back with some really great cards. Bring your Basic Kit and check the website. There is an additional list of items for this Stamp Camp you need to bring! Here is a sample of the cards you will be making.
Stamp Camp Dates
Sunday March 1st 12-4 PM
Monday, March 2nd 10-3:30 PM
Saturday March 7th 10-3 PM

The cost is $50, which includes a $15 credit to be used that day toward your purchase of products that are featured during class.

I also have some new product photos for you. First up is Dare 2B Artzy with a Prayers/Get Well set. (We have a double photo as the light gave us a bit of a glare in on the left side.

Next up is St. Patrick's Day. Believe it or not we've had a run on these stamps and dies already. I so admire you all who plan ahead and make your cards ahead of time. It is so not happening in my craft space!

Impression Obsession (IO) has some adorable new stamps in their Serendipity line for Easter.

I got a late day update with lots of photos. Another view of our St.Patrick's Day display.  I'm seeing ALOT of green!

We have an updated look at the Lawn Fawn display. The new release has been really popular. Check out the new inks and mini pads. Again, Lawn Fawn has hit it out of the park with this release. I am working on creating a class using many of the items in this release for March. Sharon will be doing another order from LF so if you don't see the stamp set or die set you've been looking for, give us a call and we'll put it in our special order book.

Some other new arrivals include Power Poppy and New Hero Arts stamps to go with their window die. Check out the samples!

OK, I want to see a show of hands. How many of you out there have bought Alexandra Renke paper and said, "I want to put it up on my walls, it's so pretty!" Well, now you can. Using Click Sticks, you can turn any 12 by 12 paper into a hangable (is that a word?) piece of artwork! The sticks come in a dark and natural finish.

There is no rest for Mark! Sharon had him in the store again last weekend and on Sunday creating new product display areas. Here is the new Sizzix and Tim Holtz Ideology display. I wonder if he gets overtime...

Lastly, Sharon likes her new front of the store display she changed it up!

My parting hope for you all...

That's it for this week. If the Southtowns don't get hit too hard and the FedEx and UPS trucks keep rolling and I get more photos I'll post again over the weekend. Otherwise, happy crafting, stay warm and I'll see you all next week.
