Winging it Wednesday - a little (lotta) late!

I’m back with Wednesday’s Winging It video and Saturday’s video.  I’ll continue to try and post here but I’m working on getting all our videos posted on to YouTube. Sharon’s Wednesday video is HERE. Sharon’s Saturday video is HERE. I hope to have these videos posted to YouTube sometime this week. I will update you on Wednesday

I don’t have a lot to post in terms of photos, but I do have a lot of news! My photo stream is mostly photos of the progress on our kitchen reno (appliances next week!) I also save a lot of photos of the Lawn Fawn platform box cards I see on FB. I hope to have more photos for you after Saturday’s FB post. We have new classes coming up in April and Sharon will be showing some samples on Saturday.

In case my videos don’t come through I have thumbnails of several of the new classes. First up is a new notecard class using the Investa collection from Simple Stories. This class will feature 8 notecards and a box to store them in; a perfect Mother's Day gift. (Descriptions will be up shortly on the web page for all of these classes. )

Next is this thumbnail of a decor piece. This is a frame piece featuring a new company called P13 from Poland. This is a frame that is filled with gorgeous pink themed florals with a space for your favorite photo. You will accent your piece with paint and layering. Our sample includes a photo of Adalyn who is growing up way too fast!

Honey Bee has a set of seed packet stamps that Sharon had used in these cute coordinated cards. Your coloring and a bit of twine will make these cards come alive. Sharon suggested you put real seeds in the seed packets on the front of the card.

Kim is doing a Pretty Pink Posh class featuring one of their stencils which will be included in the class. The small stencil/ink blending brushes are highly recommended for this class.

Laura has been asked back to do a Lavinia class. These stamps are so popular and are right in Laura's wheelhouse so we are asking back the best to create this class.

Our watercolor classes have been very popular. We currently have two, one featuring the Lyra watercolor crayons (you share the store's set) and our continuing Thursday watercolor class. This class is open to all even if you haven't attended any of the previous classes. We'll help you get up to speed and show you all the great varieties of watercolor mediums and techniques.

We also have a Taylored Expressions stencil class. In this class you will make three Slimline cards at once with a new TE slimline stencil. If you've done our previous TE stencil class you will already have a nice variety of inks for this class or any of your ink stash will work.

Coming Up: Pink Fresh Washi tape class. Sharon is still waiting on product, but there is a Washi class in the works featuring their roll Washi tape and coordinating dies.

Sharon’s Monthly Layout class features Simple Stories Vintage Weathered Garden Collection in a double, 2 page layout. You will come away with 2 two-page layouts!

Don't forget: Cards for Ukraine! Send us your sunflower cards for Ukraine and we are raffling a Coture Creations die cut machine to raise money for Ukraine humanitarian relief. Check with the store for more details.

In NEW NEWS! - Sharon is looking to bring back the GARAGE SALE! Details are not firm yet, but we are looking at the first week in May AND the possibility of doing a two day sale. Saturday would be a VIP sale with a prior sign-up and admission and Sunday would be open to all. Sharon needs to confirm availability with the shopping center's management. We will post and email as soon as details are set.

That is about it for today. In hopes of more Spring than just what we had on Thursday I’ve been saving photos of my favorite flower, tulips. Enjoy this bouquet.

If you are a fan of “The Big Bang Theory” you’ll get this funny. If not, I’ve got another for you below.

How cute is this guy!?

Have a crafty good week, look for spring I think it’s FINALLY coming and Stay Safe.
