Several companies have new releases and Sharon has lots of new product for us and a review of some things you may have seen earlier. Mona demoed her stenciling skills with her tips for lining those stencils up and a great way to clean your stencils. I’ll post a few pictures of Mona’s cards and her demo but again, I recommend you check out the full video after Jess posts on YouTube. Let’s get started!
Thursday is Lawn Fawn’s new release. We have permission to post a sneak peak and here it is. Sharon may do a release video on Thursday from home.
The rest of the Lunar Pastes should be arriving this week. They match the ink colors you see above.
(Love, Love, Love! this die set from Concord & 9th.)
Spellbinders is new with Spring Showers several ways and who doesn’t love a little ducky?
Next are three coordinating stamp sets that after stamped fit into the outline of the tag die.
Just stamp the large ‘insides’ of your chosen tag theme then lineup the tag die over your stamped image, lining up the triangles in the corners and run it through your die cut machine. Viola! You have six, readymade tags! If you need to customize your tag more there are several phrases included in the stamp set that will fit on your tag! Sharon shows flowers first then love and finally birthday.
Another must-have are these square, circle, oval (and not shown, rectangle) scalloped and stitched frames and edges.
Also part of this birthday release is this balloon stamp and dies. Next is a coordinating sentiment set with PPP’s fun font.
PPP released this mug die with add-ons back during the holidays. They have followed it up with add-ons for Valentine’s and now for birthdays.
A great coordinating solids set and gingham patterned paper set.
Individual pages from the ‘Life in Bloom’ collection.
A few classes coming up. First is our layout class.
Monday Charlene is doing her Creating Happiness class. Call early!
Mona demoed the stencils in the birthday collection.
As I mention each time Mona does one of her demos, if you want the full version of how she assembles her creations, check out the replay video on our YouTube channel when posted. Here are a few of Mona’s cards with their dies.
Sharon sent some store decor and product placement photos of much of what is posted above along with our growing Easter display. I’ll post on Monday as Kim may not be up to doing her weekly post just quite yet.
There is also a phrase and shadow die set. Mark did a great job of die cutting while Sharon showed the die.
Sharon especially liked these two stamps, numbers with first, second, third and fourth and months and days of the week along with numerical digits.
Two must-have die sets that are both useful and can save you time. These give you multiple zigzag and scallop strips.
Sharon loved this little house die and the tree/shrub set that you can use with it to create a scene.
Next is this quilted background die. This style of die is great to add that extra something to set off whatever you place on top of it.
Sharon also shared several birthday cards made with previous stamp/die sets we have from PrettyPink Posh.
Simple Stories is next and Sharon loves these collections! I’m starting with her favorite, ‘Life in Bloom’.
We have ephemera, die cuts, and these chipboard pieces that coordinate with Sharon’s favorite collection.
A new product for Simple Stories, rub-ons.
Glitter dots.
Another new collection from Simple Stories.
This collection was done in collaboration with My Mind’s Eye and harkens back to those vintage collections of the early 2000’s!
A stencil to go with these collections or whatever you like.
Sharon and Lucia may have to fight over this one!
This next set is the basis of an upcoming card class. You can see the back of the pack in the following photo.
Mona is up next with the stencils and dies from the Pretty Pink Posh birthday release. Here Mona shows how the die fits over the ‘WISH’ stamp.
After Mona did her layers she added flecks of gold with her kids paint set!
Last week I admitted I was a Potterhead well, this week I’m disclosing I’m also a Trekkie…
