It’s a Colorful Post 🌈

I love color! Sharon shared some of our more colorful displays and I thought I’d share with you before our Saturday video and Mona’s post (more on that in a bit).

I also have a few store display photos for you.

I got one of the new Washi rolls and below I'll show you how I spent an afternoon.
Hero Arts display

Mona made great use of several of the Bills papers in her demo on Friday that also featured this die:

Mona's video presentation was how to create the pocketbook die above. I strongly recommend you check out our YouTube video for Mona's detailed instructions, tips and tricks.

More samples.

More displays.

Speaking of the that pocketbook die, Mona has offered to cut out pocketbooks in coordinating colors that work with this Multi Die Cut Card Class. The cards Sharon made from this class fit nicely into the purse and make a great gift just in time for Mother's Day.

Mona also shared that you could make a regular card with the add on for the Fashion Boutique from the Concord & 9th shop die add-on.

Another sample from Mona using the Flower Shoppe add-on to the shop die.

On to some new products from Saturday's video. A new release from Tim Holtz. Sharon has these stencils for starters. In this first set you get three in a package. Below that are the mini stencils from Tim.

New stamp sets.

It's graduation time and I've already gotten one card done for my cousin's daughter and her boyfriend. We're going to her graduation from SUNY Oswego next month.

More new papers from Simple Stories and Echo Park.

New dies from Studio One, strawberries and a basket to put them in.

Cherry Lynn is long gone but we have this New York state die and these football helmet dies along with our buffalo background stamps. You'll find them all in our Buffalo section.

Next up are another of the quirky stamp and die sets with that mid-century modern look. It's fruit this time around, an apple, strawberry and lemon.

Picket Fence has a new release and we's starting with this ornate bee die.

This fits a mini slimline but can be used on a regular A2 by stacking.

Great for a teen birthday card - 'HB2U' or translated for us old folks, 'Happy Birthday to You'.

Picket Fench Paper Poncers. These are foam pads in color coded containers that contain any excess ink while you work keeping your work space and projects clean. As the title says, you pounce ink on, do not blend like with a brush or smear, pounce!

Something a little bit snarky…

Get well stamps.

A great stamp for ladies who wine!

Sharon has joined a promotion where you get a free die with a $25 purchase of Pink Fresh. See the store for more details.

New Taylored Expressions. Remember we cannot put these into our on-line store per our agreement with TE. You can always come in or call the store and put in an order over the phone. Samples of the stamps and dies below will be coming.

A great mini strip set.

This lovely butterfly/moth set has a matching die sold with it.

Everything from friend to grandma - sentiment stamps for all the ladies you make cards for.

Lastly we have Memory Box. Memory Box makes some of the most beautiful, delicate dies. They were among the first dies I ever bought. We have dies, embossing folders and  plus they sent samples.

The nested frames in these cards are also from Memory Box. In the first one you recess the negative space from largest to smallest. In the second take the pieces cut out and layer on top of each other to build up.

I love Memory Box's 6x6 pads, beautiful, delicate, coordinating papers that are perfect for cards.

More samples. Sharon may have to get this little bird!

This is a great embossing folder AND die combo, sold together.

We also have this great embossing folder/die set for guy cards.

That's it for me for now. Here is my work product from the other afternoon. I bought the Fruitilicous Washi roll along with the die and spent an afternoon cutting out their pieces along with a few of the others I have.

My funny for today was inspired by the first batch of deviled eggs we made last week!

Until Sharon's next video or if she sends me 20 more store photos, stay crafty everyone and above all Stay Safe.
