Lots to Share, Part II

I’ve got more! This is Part II of my summary of the last few Facebook videos Sharon and Mona did for the store. First up in this post is the new Reminsce paper book number 6. We also have gotten new Elizabeth Craft journal pages and extras in.

In the middle of the Reminisce Sharon discovered we have the white Picket Fences Paper Pouncers back in. They also count toward the Picket Fence promotion we're participating in.

Sewing themed dies.

Sharon loved this one. The tabs cut through so you can tuck in the tag add-ons you see at the bottom of the die.

A different style of flower.

The very talented Lucia made this for Sharon using the heavy chipboard tag from Etcetera. Lots of embellishments including a wax seal along with paint, stencils, paste and much more. It will be on display in the store for a while.

Sharon showed and featured this bird bath layered die from Altenew. Here is her final card. She did all the pieces out of white and just used the ink left on her applicators to give it hints of color.

Next up is Mona's demo of a cool, new dimensional envelope die from Pink & Main. As you can see from the first photo, the die forms an envelope shaped box card. When fully opened, you can add a middle layer with additional layered elements just like a regular box card has. When played flat, the card fits in a regular A2 envelope. The process to assemble this card is the same as other box cards.

The first photo shows Mona's final card and the back die and the additional layer die.

Mona began assembly of another card in her video. You can see the back, the layer and the front piece of the envelope. Let's put them all together.

You get tons of add-ons in this die set including mats for the front and back of the envelope as seen below.

Here's the die package where you can see all the extras.

You know Mona, she's never happy with her first version so she's experimenting with various sizes and configurations of bird houses and branches. She'll share her finished version with us in a future video.

Mona is adding the center layer. Her biggest tip is that you add the extra layer piece to the side of your box.

Honestly, I'm not this bad...

That's it for now. Sharon and Mark are hitting the road! They are heading down to Alabama to visit Jess, Scott and the grand girls. It's going to be a surprise for the girls so keep the secret! There won't be a Wednesday and maybe not a regular scheduled Saturday video. We'll have to wait and see when and who pops up! Lastly, apparently Facebook is giving us a hard time letting us add these weekly videos to YouTube. We're working on finding a solution and will keep you updated. Until then the blog may be the only game in town. I think we're in for a lovely week of weather (crossing fingers) and hopefully my head cold will abate (please!). Stay crafty and above all Stay Safe everyone.
