I Forgot and I'm REALLY Late now! (Long, long post)

Senioritis is a b*tch! I completely forgot to do my blog entry Sunday night. It dawned on me after 10:00 pm and by then I was done for the day. It didn't even make my 'ToDo' list for Monday. So I downloaded a bunch of photo and started working on it Monday night and gave up after 11:00pm. So now it's Tuesday morning (late as usual) and I'm determined to get'er done! I've got a little preview of Mona's Friday afternoon video and LOTS of stuff from Sharon on Saturday.

First up is a new card die from Pretty Pink Posh. This die has three main pieces and each of those have labels you can create for your card.

Mona stopped to share this adorable VW van die set from Honey Bee, too cute! (It's coming later in the post.)
Here are samples of all the labels included in the die set.
Here are all the larger piece cut out using the dies, You can see the score line on the end of each one.
Starting with the one you want to open last, fold on the score line and glue the tab created to the back of the a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"  sheet then add the next by glueing the fold on the opposite side and finally the third piece. You can use that as your card or you can mount it on a card base to hide your fold-overs
Pretty Pink Posh also came out with construction vehicles.

I'm sure Mona will have a few samples here in the store in the coming days.
You all should have seen the email Sharon sent out about Buffalo Stamps and Stuff's participation in a Christmas Kickstart. Check the web site for the details of a weekend of Christmas card making and inspiration. Call the store to sign up.

Memory Box is up next. Each month or so they have been releasing a collection of gorgeous, lifelike dies depicting various flowers. We've had anemone, gladiola and next up is fuschia. I'm starting with a great add-on, bumblebees in various 'poses'.

The card samples we got from Memory Box are gorgeous! Sharon has the bird in this next card on order.

They also have butterflies...
and bugs!

Dragonflies also.
Here is a review of the gladiola dies. Sharon did a class with these and while it was challenging, it was also great fun and the cards are beautiful.

This sample was done by Memory Box and it is gorgeous!
Next up from Poppy (a division of Memory Box) are these 'Shoppe' themed dies. First is Birthday.
Next is tiny flowers along with containers to put them in,

A floral cart...
Sharon couldn't resist these monkey pirates. You can see both the front and back of this set below.

Moving on to Elizabeth Craft, we have several new sets for you.

New stencils
I was able to capture a few of the back sides of these next sets so you can see how they are used.

Next up are new Archival Inks from Ranger. Even though these are part of the Delusion collection these archival inks can be used with your betterpress plates.
Sharon picked up this random set because it contains a variety of ways you personalize your cards by letting the recipient know who set it!
Another three part embossing folder from Spellbinders. These are 3D and Cut meaning you get the folders and a die set to cut them out. Sharon recommends you cut first then emboss as the process of running your embossed paper through your die cut machine a second time will slightly flatten your raised image.

On to a huge release from Pretty Pink Posh. We've been seeing bits and pieces from this release over the last few posts so some of it may be familiar to you. We're starting with stars and the shaker samples below,

PPP is adding to their construction and truck series with these great stamps. Dies are also available,
In addition to construction, we have first responders,

To help create your backgrounds, PPP has this building and road set.
Who doesn't love a good cement mixer? Not me, I loved to play with Tonka Trucks when I was a kid. My mother, not so enthused.😠
This sample incorporates the card die Mona used on Friday with the construction vehicles and PPP's brick wall stencil coming up,
It's summer so lets not forget the "Play Ball!"

Anybody watch Svengoolie on Saturday nights? These rocket looks a lot like the ones in classic 50's sci-fi space movies! PPP's are much cuter. Love the Saturn shaker!

Oh, this one will have to come home with me. It will be great for my next layout for the Browns.
Stencils for space...
construction...
more construction...
and sports.
Here is the die for the little dump truck Mona put together in her video.

There is also a backhoe die.
Something for your essentials collection, scalloped doily frames.
Scripty words and shadows, 'for you'.
Lastly for PPP are these shaker bits for your space themed cards.
We're moving on to Honey Bee. First is this collection of plants, planters, and stakes. Great mixing and matching possibilities.
Here's that VW bug van! How stinkin' cute is this. You also get the surfboards!

This is great! A die that makes a fishing net. This is definitely coming home with me!
Spread your towel out and don't forget the umbrella and your sunscreen!

Another die that will be making its home in my stash! It can be sand or I see it as foam on the waves. Love, love, love this one!
They expect us to put words in our cards?! If you must, a great set from Honey Bee. I really like the fonts used.
More words
For those lucky enough to find a little hide-away hut on a beach somewhere, this set is for you.

It just needs the palm trees, viola!

What's a trip to the beach without a cooler?
If that beach is a plane ride away you'll still need luggage for your bikini!

Honey Bee also has these ticket stamps with dies that let you create a vintage birthday or celebration greeting.
Honey Bee has stamps and matching dies for all 50 states. Sharon is only stocking New York.
Sharon really liked these next few stamps which are great for celebrating the Fourth of July or any other patriotic occasion. Vintage and classic in design these next few items are also great for celebrating our veterans and active duty servicemen and women.

Honey Bee's Lovely Layers Eagle. I love how they put a layering guide on the back of the packaging.

Sharon loved the vintage look of these stamps and did a little sample using a different color for each one,

Flowers are making a comeback in cards and layouts. Here are a few new ones.

New 6X6 paper pad.
Last, but never least, 49 & Market. This is their Willow collection. Green is Sharon's favorite color and this collection is loaded! We have all the usual suspects, die cuts, acetates, frames, paper and ephemera.

There is a second collection from 49 & Market, Summer Porch. Again, we have most of the add-ons for this collection and they range from beach, picnic, berries, sailing, to the 6X6" collection pack. We also have the Ultimate Page Kit for this collection,

Enough! I've finally come to the end of Sharon's video. I do have a few small housekeeping announcements. First, Mark is home and trying to rest. No pain but he's been very uncomfortable with a side effect of the anesthesia. Second, the Garage Sale is on! Check your email and the website for all the details. We will be off-site for the first time so check it out. Call or come into the store to sign up if you want to secure a table.

My funny of the post;
My daughter is traveling this week. She is in Copenhagen and will be moving to Stockholm in a few days. I managed to capture a few photos from her Instagram account (the only way I get photos from her). I love this one!
I thought these were a bit different and unusual. She was at a glass and pottery factory and saw these for sale. They are called 'Ghosts'.
That's it finally for me. I've managed to move 98% of my 'Stuff' down to the basement and have set up shop in this delightfully cool spot. Next I'll have to move a mattress down if the nights get too warm! Take care everyone, get crafty somewhere cool and above all Stay Safe.
