It's Summer Time!

I think it's finally here, summer! My husband has actually taken an interest in cleaning up the landscaping in the backyard. Miracles never cease!

I have pictures from Sharon's Saturday morning Facebook video to share. Let's start with a handy, dandy tool, the Precision Glue Press. For those who don't have one of these you're missing out. The glue press is a device that lets you insert your Nuvo glue in the holder and use it like a glue gun. You simply squeeze the handle to apply your glue. The handle makes it easier on those who have hand/grip issues and find all those squeeze bottles difficult to use. The gun has a holder that allows you to rest the gun in-between squeezes without drying out. Please note, this works when you are using this for a short period of time, not for overnight or several days between uses.

Next up are new and reorders from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

Lucia brought in a journal she made using several elements of these die sets.

Here are several pages from her journal.

Spellbinders is up next. We have two new seals and new wax pellets.
These seals are oval shaped.

Spellbinders has this 3D AND Cut embossing folders. They come with dies. Sharon had fun playing with ink and experimented with inking before and after embossing and cutting. Her samples are below.

Coloring with Copics

Next from Spellbinders are several summer sailing die sets.

There are also multi-layered stencils that can be used with these summertime dies.
Sharon experimented with a variety of inks to create her stenciled background.

We go back to Elizabeth Crafts for these universal script words with shadows.

Father's Day card creating using Altenew's sailing set of dies.

This stamp set from Taylored Expressions was used by Lucia in both her journal and in the card that follows. Keep in mind that we cannot put Taylored Expressions items in our on-line store. You can always call the store or come in to purchase.
Lucia doesn't make cards but Sharon issued her a challenge!
We also have new embossing folders from Creative Expressions

Woodware has created it's own postage stamp die and matching stencil.
Woodward has also come out with new stamps including phrases, a written background and new florals.

Gina K. has come out with a multi-phrase stamp set with a variety of stamps for the back of your cards included. It has a matching die set.
More from Spellbinders, this is a tunnel die set. By raising each layer of this multi-layered die set with pop squares or tape, your card has a tunnel effect.
New multi-layered shape dies from Spellbinders.

The set on the left features stamps and matching dies. Stamp all the phrases together and then you can cut them out all together.

We realized we were low on Nuvo drops and we have their new colors!

We also have new Doodlebug for the July 4th holiday. we have papers, 12X12, 6X6 pads, stickers, enamel dots and jewels, shaker bits and the ever popular Doodle Pops. First is Doodlebug's shadow box collage for the Fourth of July.

For fast and easy cards, you can use cut-aparts.

Lastly, we have a new die from Waffle Flower with sample including a phrase and shadow from Memory Box.

We have a lot of great new classes beginning this week. Check them out on our website and join us for some card making fun. For my funny of the week we have a Dad joke.
That's it for me this week. I've almost got all my stuff out of the dining room and I'm organizing my basement space with all I've got. I'm also editing supplies and items I haven't used and not sure I ever will for the Garage Sale. I've got a card to make for my brother's birthday and Father's Day (from the dog) to get made, eek! Enjoy the sun when it's here, craft when you can and above all Stay Safe everyone.
