Is it Fall Yet?

That was a question Sharon put to her audience in one of her videos. I can't help but notice the trees starting to lose leaves and their colors are getting a little muted. I'm hoping for a colorful burst of reds, oranges, and yellows in our near future.

I have three videos to share with you, two from Sharon and one from Mona so let's get started. First up is Shsron's Wednesday night's video. Almost everything in this video was from Pink Fresh, Penny Black and Spellbinders. All of Sharon's cards were based on this stamp, die and stencil set from Pink Fresh. The stamp and die although looking like several different pieces, is one large stamp and one large die. Sharon stamped several sets of flowers and then cut them apart with the die. However, her first card was created with the entire stamp set.

Sharon stamped the full stamp with Versamark embossing ink and then used a white embossing powder. She then colored the entire piece with ink and a blending tool. Finally, she gently rubbed any excess ink off the paper. The white embossing acts like a resist. The 'hello friend' die and shadow are from IO.
Next up Sharon used this die from Penny Black to create this white on white card with several of the flowers from the Pink Fresh stamp set.
This Spellbinders die set was the inspiration for this card with more images from the Pink Fresh stamp set.
Here is another card that features this large background die and a Spellbinders flower die.
This frame set is used next along with the embossing folder below.

Next Sharon stamped the Pink Fresh stamp with a light gray ink for a softer look. She added this Spellbinder 16 piece die set and colored her images with pink colors.
This 7 piece Spellbinders die 'Perfect Touch' was used with these inked colors.
This double scallop die creates a border for Sharon's next card.
Mona is up next with samples she created from Pretty Pink Posh's latest release. Thanksgiving is up next. Part of PPP's newest release features this cute turkey along with stencils and an assist from an earlier PPP treat die.
The index card to the right pertains to the next set of cards after these turkey projects.
Mona used the McDonald's style French fry box decorated with a PPP stencil.

Mona also made a card featuring our turkey friend and used this single sheet word stencil.

Going back to that index card, Mona used this die set from Sizzix to create three 'Z' cards along with the pink/orange Halloween paper we featured previously.
This Sizzix die also includes these three stamps.
Here are the Dracula figures from the die.
Here is Mona's index card with the dimensions of the paper used for the following cards.

Another attempt at getting a readable image of Mona's index card dimensions,
Remember these? Mona brought a few samples in that she created.
Mona added elements from the add-on set for this cutie.

Mona made both cards, the dog and the cat as top fold or flip up cards. Below is a sample of how you would place the large dog die on your card base. Look carefully to see the cut line above the fold line. This will enable you to open your card at the top.

Sharon shared some new stamps and other new releases that came in this week. First up are these two new stamps from Picket Fence.
Next up are a few new items from Waffle Flower. Like many of these new items coming up, we are already starting to sell out of them so get'em while we got them!
