Happy Monday!

Can you believe that it is November already?? I cannot believe how fast time is flying! On Sunday it was my daughter Autumn's birthday so I decided to do a beautiful fall themed card.

I made a shaker card using the Acorn Shaker die from PPP. I used a few dies from PPP's Fall Cornucopia die set for the sunflower, leaves and mushrooms.

I will be having surgery on my shoulder this Friday so you might not see a post from me next week. But, I will do my best to get back to creating as soon as possible!
