That was the week that was...

Do you remember that show? I do (dating myself for sure). It was a very, very early pre-cursor to today's weekly news summary shows and it had a fun twist and didn't take itself or the news too seriously.

Anyway, we had a busy, busy week here at BSS and we're starting our turn-around to bring Christmas  more to the front of the store and Halloween, which is tomorrow, toward the back! Back to our week. Stamp Camp is in full swing! We had 21 people in the store for SC this past Sunday and have more signed up for our next sessions. If you are interested, please call the store and pick a date!

Also, we will be posting information about the family we adopt at Christmas on the website and in the email today! Check out our family's stats and see if there is anything you can help with. We will be taking donations through Thanksgiving and right up to a week before Christmas.

On Saturday we had about 12 people for Stephanie Klauck's MFT Holiday Party. It was a great time and I especially had a wonderful time because my best friend (from 8th grade on...) was in town and wanted to do the class! Barbara had a great time and did really well. We joked that she was a card making virgin! She had never made a card or colored with Copic markers before! I was so proud of her. She just did fantastic and more important, had a great time with my BSS family. Here she is with her first ever card!

We've been busy with classes and rearranging product and haven't really had a lot of new product come in this week. Here are a few photos of what I do have. First up is Gina K. She has been making a lot of stamp sets recently and they are just gorgeous! We have lots of new stencils and not just Gina K. Check them out the next time you are in the store.

That's it for this week. I've said it before, I love fall! Here is a gorgeous tree from the Niagara Falls State Park, right next to the falls. Love, love, love the colors!

Couldn't finish without a little shameless self promotion and love for my bestie for sharing my love of stamping and crafting this past weekend. Here we are with Niagara Falls in the background. Love you Barb, my best friend for over 53 years!
Have a great week and happy crafting!
