Halloween, Daylight Savings, Snow Plow Service - OH MY!

I agree with Sue in her post below, Halloween was a complete bust! We did have a few brave kids, maybe twenty in all, but the weather was wicked. Better luck next year. The passing of summer and fall is now inevitable. Daylight Savings has come and gone. I've reset my clocks and changed the timer on our automatic lights. We decided to bite the bullet once again and hired a snow plow service to do our driveway.

So, you say, what has any of this have to do with Buffalo Stamps and Stuff? Well, I'll tell you - Halloween has been rotated to the back of the store, Thanksgiving is holding firm at the front and Christmas is pulling up fast on the inside! I'll apologize now for how wonky this post may appear. I had a lot of difficulty accessing photos and adding to the post where I wanted and I ended up with more info on other copied info than I wanted. I think I need to go back to Apple school!

We had a very successful Stamp Camp this year. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed their cards. We also have some new classes up on our boards and the Christmas theme is coming on strong. Cards featuring watercolor wreathes and holly from Memory Box, layered ornaments from Impression Obsession, whimsical characters from Whipper Snapper, die cut holiday cards from Elizabeth Crafts, Holiday Gnomes, lots of coloring and inking with Mama Elephant and more! Check out our class descriptions and photos in our emails of upcoming classes and join us!

On to new product. I didn't even know this first one was a thing and now I have to have it for my retreat next weekend! Tim Holtz has a travel size glass media mat! I haven't seen it in person yet and I hope one is still available when I go to work tomorrow. I love my mat! It's what I do all my card making and crafting on. I was wondering what work surface I was going to bring. Hopefully, the travel version of Tim's glass mat!

We also have more of the standard size and this one is for your left-handed crafters!

We also have a new tool called a Creative Detailer. This one is totally new to me and looks like a pen with changeable tips that you can use to add details and fine touches to your cards. It comes with a variety of tips and looks quite versatile.

Next we are featuring Colorado Craft Company's stamps. This company is one of Sharon's favorites for the unique perspective they do on one of their collections and the fact that they have more than one collection. Their variety is awesome! Wether you are looking at a couple in love from the knees down! or a giant piece of birthday cake. Check out this great new company. If you like to color you'll love them even more!

Looks like paper for creating great scrapbook pages! Monthly papers with titles and small cut-outs that can be used for cards or pages!

Lastly, we have the information on our Christmas family. I love how they all want cowboy boots! We will be accepting donations at the store if you choose to buy something on the list.  Please mark to whom your gift is for on the outside of the package or bag! We will be using the money we have collected from our Holiday Basket Raffle and other fund raisers from the past year to supplement anything we recieve and as always we accept cash donations. Help us make this Christmas a joyous one for this deserving family.
