BSS IDEA - Birthday Cake

WELCOME TO THE BUFFALO STAMPS AND STUFF IDEA

For all of you that love the heat.............this has been

a HOT couple of weeks.  Thanks goodness for air conditioning.

This week's card

Cake Die - My Favorite Things/Die-namics,  Happy Birthday Centerpieces (MFT-942)

I had fun with this die.

I cut it out 7 times, first with white card stock that I had run through a lined embossing folder. Secondly, with the 6 different colored dotted card stock and the 

silver glitter paper.

Then I just removed the white pieces and filled in the cake with

the dotted and silver cutouts.  Lots of pieces  left over so you could

make more of them if you wanted.

Then I simply mounted it on a green piece of the dotted paper and

onto a sunny yellow card 4 1/4 x 51/2.inches.

Would be a fun card with the saying "A birthday without cake is just a meeting"

on the inside.
