Happy Monday!
I hope that everyone had a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving! I had a beautiful day with my family and even though I cooked, my daughter cleaned up! I was genuinely thankful for her help, I don't mind doing the cooking but, the dishes can be a nightmare. Autumn and Jack (my daughter and grandson) came over on Saturday to decorate the house and the tree for Christmas. Jack had so much fun helping with the tree!
For this week's sample, I used the Pine Wreath stamp/die from Pretty Pink Posh. Normally with each new release Pretty Pink Posh designs a wreath stamp/die. With this release, they did a wreath that does not need to be colored like their other wreaths. To stamp the pine wreath, I used an ink from IO, Shamrock. To add some dimension and texture to the wreath I added Pink & Main's Cottontail Flock. To add the flock, I used a fine tip glue to the pine branches and then sprinkled the flock on, very easy to do!
After I added the holly, poinsettia, and pinecones to the wreath I then added more glue and flock.
Supplies used:
--Pretty Pink Posh; Pine Wreath stamp & die
--Pink & Main: Cottontail Flock
--IO: Shamrock Hybrid ink
--Nuvo: Glitter Gloss pen
--Copics: R32,35,37,39; YG11,13,17; E11,13,15
I hope that everyone has a very crafty week!--Kim
