For Christmas, that is. I've been slightly obsessed with football lately and I'm watching the end of the Bills Chiefs game as I type. They are tied and I'm hoping doing my blog post will keep me calm. You know my husband is a Browns fan and that was a nail biter too especially when they cut out with a minute thirty three left to switch to the Bills game! My husband was not happy.
Luckily I have lots of samples and new product to distract myself and present to you. First up are samples of Sharon's Wednesday night video. We're starting with Penny Black's post card images that make card making easy peasy. This first photo is Sharon's workspace before she got started. The second photo is a different set of these beautiful card images.
This card show you how easy it is to use these card images. Sharon just added a red and white mat on a patterned card base.
Again, matted on an embossed mat, add a green mat and some green twine and you have a another lovely card.
Sharon started this card the same but she's going to add a foil sentiment with Penny Black Stick & Shine.
Stick & Shine works like a rub-on for foil. Stick & Shine works with Deco Foil and other foils that don't rely on heat. Cut out your sentiment, peel off the backing and place on your card. Lay your foil on top of the image and burnish with a bone folder or an ice cream stick. Gently peel the foil away and your image is covered in foil. It may be hard to see in the image, but it's the word Joy.
Here is the packaging for Stick & Shine.
This foil is also good for Stick & Shine
Another way to attach this type of foil is to use your Score Tape. Sharon has put down three lines of varying widths of Score Tape. Peel off the paper backing and press down your foil, color side up, and burnish, voila!
In this card Sharon aded snowy white Stickles to the tops of the berries. She cut out a frame and added acetate over the image so it would look like you are looking through a window.
This was another card Sharon did off camera.
Next up is a combo set of small stamped images and matching dies that Sharon used for tags. This Pink Fresh stamp and die set was used. She also used the MFT bow die set below.
What Sharon loved about this set is for both stamping and die cutting, it's one and done. The die perfectly matches the single stamped image as you can see below.
Sharon's cards and tags.
We also have these lined bags that can be used for food presents like cookies.
We also have these Kraft boxes in two sizes.
Next up is Mona's video from Friday. Mona had a lot of fun with Spellbinder's ornament dies. The set on the left is the basic set that has the basic round ornament along with lots of decorative add-on's the second set is a decorative add-on that does not include the basic ornament shape. However, we're sure you can check your nested round dies and find one that will match the basic shape pretty closely.
This one wobbles!
Saturday morning Sharon had several new products to share and did an unboxing, First up is Simple Stories. There are two collections, Noteworthy and Birthday, We have a variety of the add-ons including smaller sizes, die cuts, rub-ons and enamel dots.
There is a third collection called Simple Vintage Love Story. We have a variety of the add-ons along with single sheets in 12X12.
Next up are new mini word/phrase dies from Moonstone and Creative Expressions.
We also have more Aall & Create.
We have some odds and ends next. Inks from Memento, silver and gold threads and Colorplay card bases.
These are cool shadow stamps. Look closely, you see the main figure and it's shadow!
One of Sharon's favorites.
VersaFine - Clair, our favorite ink for stamping words and sentiments.
Clear stamp alphabets.
The Woodware stencil Sharon used last week.
We've got this great embossing folder with matching die back in stock.
A leaf folder, 3D.
Great background stamps and stencils.
Gems!
Planning ahead, St. Patrick's Day Gnome from Woodward.
3D Toppers, these fun, easy layered designs.
Sharon's recommendation for the best metallic silver and gold ink pads.
Lastly, We want to share a Gift Certificate album from one of our customers. Lucia used the bow card holder Sharon featured last week or so. Die cuts from 49 & Market's Christmas collection were also used.
Sorry for the fuzzy picture, but this was a quick image of the GC die.
Another sample of the GC card die.
Let's start the album!
Whew! that was a lot of photos. The good news is the Bills WON! My funny may be a repeat so I thought I'd throw in a photo of three friends I made this weekend.
Here's my funny.
I finally finished my Christmas cards and they will go out tomorrow. The house is decorated (I could still clean and organize). I may, mind you, may make some cookies - but don't hold me to it. Until next week, stay crafty and above all STAY SAFE!
