We have NEW Stuff!

We're not called Buffalo Stamps and STUFF for nothing! This week we got in new product from Hero Arts, Penny Black and Pretty Pink Posh. First, though I've got a bit of a review of Sharon's Wednesday night video. It features a stamp and die set from Catherine Pooler. We're very familiar and loving her inks and now we're going to share one of her stamp/die sets. Here is the set, a mason jar with lid, bow and a sparkly interior. The matching die follows.

First up Sharon stamped the jar, added a sentiment from MFT and a blue base with snow.
Next Sharon colored these two cuties from MFT popping up the snowman.
Popped up on the new Doodlebug Snow Much Fun collection.
Lastly she added a coordinating blue bow and turned the mason jar into a snow globe.
In her second sample Sharon used another new paper from Doodlebug as her base and stamped her jar in red.
This is going to be a pretend shaker. Sharon cut several pieces of the jar in white, a solid piece in white for the jar and a piece of acetate.

Sharon colored and cut a little Valentine's mouse from Lawn Fawn.
Sharon cut a variety of hearts from coordinating colors and layered them at the bottom of the jar background piece. She cut off all the excess pieces once she was finished.
Then she added a sentiment and double checked all her positioning before gluing all the pieces down.

Sometimes you need a little something something - in this case a bakery twine bow!
In her third sample Sharon created a winter scene using tree dies and fence dies and a distressed background of Faded Jeans, Chipped Sapphire and her favorite sparkle spray.

Adding the little pop of red with the cardinal die from IO completes the image.

Sharon was unsure if the jar on the plaid background needed something else like a white mat to set it off from the plaid so she experimented a little and ended up with what you see several pics down.

Her final three samples.

Saturday we start with a special selection from Hero Arts. It's called a Shop Box release. Per our agreement with Hero Arts we are not allowed to put these items in our on-line store.
