Lemons to Lemonade!

I checked with Sharon and she is getting in a new scrapbooking kit in that is very timely. What a perfect way to make lemonade from lemons!

Now, I can see where some might think this is not exactly appropriate but I beg to differ. We are very aware that there are many out there who are going through a difficult time with everything from an ill family member to the loss of income and the struggle to find the new 'normal' this pandemic has created. We are by no means minimizing the seriousness of the virus and how it has changed ALL of our lives.

That said, I am sure we all have stories to tell about our isolation, from the toilet paper shortage to homeschooling, to a renewed 'enjoyment' of family time. This kit will enable all you scrapbookers, of which I am one, to tell your stories and hopefully we will be able to look at our pages in the near future and remember the good that came out of this time.

We are taking pre-orders for this multi-page kit. The kit is $14.99 plus $6.99 for shipping and handling. The kit must be pre-paid by calling the store to place your order or e-mail Sharon, at the store, and she will send you an invoice. The kits will be arriving in about 1-2 weeks.

The kit includes coordinating paper, a laser cut, a sticker page and a card page you can cut up. Give the store a call or email us to order your kit today.

I can list at least five topics that I can scrap regarding the 'PAUSE':
                               1. My adult daughter being home with us and taking over not only my computer but my life!
                               2. The struggle and/or the 'fun' of trying to find rice, hand sanitizer, dumpling wrappers, masks and what type of white wine to buy for the above daughter.
                                3. Discovering cooking again?!? (Trying to decide on take-out, again!)
                                4.  Do it yourself haircuts and hair dying, or not!
                                5.  "So, how you doin'?" texting, video chatting with friends near and far, not just a thumbs up on Facebook, but long emails, fun phone calls with friends from afar you haven't spoken to in a while.

There's a lot more. I'm sure, especially with families with little kids, teen kids and empty nesters just finding out how retirement is going to feel now that you are both home! How about all of you discovering all those jigsaw puzzles gathering dust in the closet. Pictionary family tournaments, along with scrabble and monopoly championships. Who has broken out the Wii you bought for Christmas 5 years ago and haven't touched? Mask making! Wow! Helping out our healthcare heroes. My list can go on and on.

Let's make some extraordinary Lemonade from this situation. Get those cameras out, document your life today, for tomorrow with this kit.
