Hi, from the lovely, sunny, warm confines of western New York! I emphasize the words ‘Sunny’ and ‘Warm’. The weather finally came through! Seriously, it’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood here in Williamsville and I hope it’s the same wherever you are.
Sharon had a short video today as she was by herself but we will have another video Friday with Mona and Sharon so stay tuned for that. Our usual Saturday morning post video will also be happening. Join us on our YouTube channel to see all our videos. Videos should be posted within 24-48 hours of airing. To check out our videos go to YouTube.com and search for Buffalo Stamps and Stuff and click on the picture/icon of the store.
OK! First up are some new but old tools to take some of the stress out of your cardmaking and to make your organization skills better. The mighty T-Square is back in stock if you have problems ‘eye-balling’ straight images, this is the tool for you! We highly recommend it as a great addition to your basic kit.
I started as a scrapbooker and even today, some twenty plus years later, as a card maker and paper crafter, these storage items are a necessity of life! When I plan out layouts for crops, or future pages and classes, I store all the supplies from paper to dies to stamps to gem accents in a re-sealable plastic pouch, just like these. It saves so much time and helps me to NOT forget what ideas and supplies I intended when my initial lightbulb went off! We have these two styles for transporting 12X12 paper (great for shopping when you’ve forgotten your bag lady bag and to keep one in your car for store trips!
It’s the new release for Heartfelt Creations, lovely poppies. We have three stamp designs (only one shown here but they all coordinate) along with the dies and mold set. Contact Sharon ASAP so she knows how many to order.
Sharon showed her finished cards from a few videos back where she used the acetate images sheets and the glitter film. These new Memory Box Foil sentiments were so impressive Sharon is going to contact Dave at MB and ask him to make stamps of these sentiments.
Also part of show and tell, the Spellbinders foil magnolia. I hope you can see how the gold shines on thes cards.
Creative Expressions has these dies ALSO in foil plates (my photo did not come out).
A quick follow-up to the Honey Bee dies from the other day. More lovely flowers!
We showed this little guy last time done in paper. This version is done in felt! All our dies cut wool felt like ‘butta’! Wool being the operative word. If you use cheaper dollar or craft store felt it will not cut as well. Look through your dies for some great decor, present and decoration ideas using the dies in your stash with felt and stitching, Yes, you can sew your pieces together! (Check out the blush on his cheeks!)
This is Sharon’s album book class coming up with 49th and Market. It’s hard to show all the tabs, flaps, pockets and more in a flat image but this has so many options for photos, journaling and ephemera you’ll love it.
Here’s my funny for the post. I may have posted before but I love this one so you get it again!
That is it for me for today. I will be back after Friday and maybe again Saturday depending on how much there is to show. Have a crafty good week, spend some time in the sun and Stay Safe!
