Double Team Saturday! Part 1

We had Sharon and Mona in the video today so there is way to much to share in one post. I will do a second post tomorrow featuring Stamp Market and much, much more. Just a reminder, the store will close at 3 pm on Saturdays the months of July AND August. We will go back regular closing at 4 pm in September.

First up is a delightful, boy centered release from Pretty Pink Posh. I have practically no boy related stamps or dies. However, I do have friends and relations with little boy grandchildren so I think Im going to stock up. There are two sets of dinosaur stamps with dies and layered stencils. There is also a transportation style stamp set and a construction machine set. These also have dies and layered stencils.

There is also a road layered stencil.

I also have some odds and ends before we finish up with a few photos from Mona’s demo. New Spellbinders yellow tape in a wider format.

New grunge style stamps

Here you can see this feather image stamped.

A snowflake stamp.

3-D cutouts for Halloween along with floral tea cups and sports themed packs.

Waffle Flower has come out with a low profile shaker system. I’ve limited photos as this post would be too large to include each step. Again, check out the video for more details.  I’m starting with samples of all the cards both a Sharon and Mona showed.

Sharon used the circle shaker front along with the die in the left of the picture to create this card.

These shaker fronts come in a variety of shapes.

You can make a simple shaker just using pattered paper as your background and a banner die and sentiment to finish it off.

More shapes, squares and the 4 1/4X5 1/2 that Mona used today.

Sharon showing how she used that circle Happy Birthday die to accent her card.

Another of Mona’s samples. Mona compared Waffle Flower’s shaker covers to Taylored Expressions. She liked Waffle Flower better. This card was done with Taylored.

One of Sharon’s using an inked background she found in her ‘extras’ scraps.

Another of Sharon’s where she colored an extra butterfly and attached it to the top of the shaker with the wings loose and flapping. Also both Mona and Sharon used the extra ‘diamonds’ from their Diamond Art cards for some of their fillings.

This was Mona’s slim line shaker done with Concord & 9th’s Space themed stamps and dies.

That’s it for me for today. I’ll be back again tomorrow with Part 2 of this video. Here is my funny for today. Love this…

Have a crafty good weekend and week ahead. I’ll be back with Part 2 tomorrow after I take Norm out to breakfast or lunch, his call. Happy Father’s Day to all those dad’s out there. Cooper had me finish his card for Norm, his pack leader and I’m sure my daughter will call or probably text her father tonight or tomorrow. Enjoy the sun while it’s here and above all Stay Safe.
