I’ve got a combo post to end the week. Mona demoed the latest Pretty Pink Posh release featuring a great selection of boy themed stamps, stencils and dies. The only problem we have with these products is they flew out of the store almost as soon as they came in. Good news, Sharon has another order due in shortly.
We also have 49th & Market, Creative Expressions, Mama Elephant and a demo of the new Distress ink, Uncharted Mariner, so let’s get started. First up are the dinosaur stamps, there are two sets along with the dinosaur stencils. Each stencil set has three parts. The same with the road stencils. The road stencils are designed to work with the transportation stamp set which we are waiting on. There is also a construction set we're waiting for with it's own stencil set.

The stencils are marked A, B, C so you know which gets laid down first. The stencil above is marked A. Mona determined, for this set, she wanted to start with C, the stencil with the full bodies of the dinosaurs. She said it made it much easier to position A and B if she started with C.

Mona found the road stencil worked best going in order, A,B,C.

The sentiment was part of one of the stamp sets and Mona used a banner die set from MFT.
Mona also used one of the stencils to create a background for a shaker card using the bone stamp in one of the sets. She layered two bones together to make them move easier inside the card and she also used the new Waffle Flower shaker template.
Next up, we have the complete compliment of the Viken collection of 49th & Market. We also have the card kit for this collection. Below is a sampling of everything, including parts of card kit.
These butterflies are not part of 49th & Market but I bet they would look great with it. The wings are see-through to let whatever paper or surface you put them on to show through. They are near the 49th & Market display.
Next are stamp sets from Creative Expressions designed by Sam Poole. Sharon likes these for journals, mixed media, and everything else!
These are in the same style from CB Stamping Art.
My personal fave, Mama Elephant; I'm looking to do a class with this release.
Little Agenda Houses. That upper left stamp has a roof that can be an apple or a peach!
The Line Agenda School bus,
A great word stamp for the inside of birthday cards.
Oh Hi Loopy die is a great background die the loops come out so you can change the color, use the loops by themselves, coordinate with another color and then you have the 'oh hi' in lower case with a shadow.
Next up is the new Tim Holtz color, Uncharted Mariner. Sharon demos how the color looks in both distress and oxide. Also demoing the glaze with clear ink. In the last two photos you can see Sharon's notes as to which ink color she used with which embossing powder.
Distress on top and Oxide on the bottom. I love the chalky smooth look of the oxide.
Sharon stamped the top half of the image on the left with distress and bottom half with oxide.
Samples of all Sharon's combos.
A new sun ray stencil from My Favorite Things. We like this one because it works with a slim line design.
Sharon is hearing buzz about possible paper issues so she's stocking up, especially on these versatile
6x6 paper packs.
More great 6x6 patterned paper packs.
A great paper pack for any holiday.
Sharon's favorite, simple black and white stripes.
We also have a few odds and ends. I bet you can guess why Sharon got this first paper.
Great coordinating colors
We also have new Deco Foil card images and new rainbow foil along with gold that we were out of. Sharon is planning on doing a class with this. Just a reminder, this Deco Foil and these toner cards are used with a laminating machine NOT the foiling machine.
My funny for today is for all you cat folks...
Have a great rest of your weekend. Come and enjoy our garage sale today and I'll see you there. Meanwhile, stay crafty, cool and most importantly, Stay Safe!
