I missed Saturday but I think I have a good excuse, Sir Paul McCartney! Us and 40,000 others crowded in to the Dome in Syracuse.
The concert was great! The going and coming, not so much…suffice it to say it took me and my poor knees two days to recover! By time my body and brain were working again Kim had already done her Monday post and I was still dozing most of Monday…
For Wednesday’s video I was ready.Sharon had a lot of product from Pink Fresh but I’m starting with a new Simple Stories paper collection, Simple Vintage Seas. We have loose 12x12 papers, die cut packs, solid packs and 8x8 patterned packs.
Pink Fresh has several new stamp, die, stencil and foil collections. This first set is Wildflowers Slimline.
This rose die is Grant Yourself Peace.
Last up Sharon is demonstrating one of our favorite embossing powders, WOW!
Sharon used an embossing pen and a Tim Holtz glaze to write this.
Sharon used this stencil, added embossing liquid with a finger dauber and with the liquid brush applicator. Using both regular distress ink and oxide with clear and opaque powders you get a resist effect.
Have a crafty good week everyone and remember, Stay Safe.
That’s it for today but come on back for a a Friday for a video from Mona. Sharon will be back on Saturday with another video.
My funny for today.
