Blame it on Manny!

I mean that in the sweetest way! Sharon and Mark traveled to Syracuse to visit Kaitlyn, Dave and their grand baby Manny. So, of course, Manny dictated Sharon’s ability to film her Saturday, which became Sunday, new product video.  Mona was also on-line Friday assembling Pretty Pink Posh’s box die. I refer you to our YouTube channel for the complete video. Mona uses the same method I do for adding the ‘shelves’ inside the box. If you love box cards like I do, it’s a great, easy way to assemble your box. On to this past weekend’s videos.

We're starting with this glimmer paper from Crafter's Home. There are two pages of each color and there are close to 20 colors. I believe the retail $39 which Sharon said worked out to about 50 cents a sheet. A significant discount to the $1.25 per sheet we have for open stock.

Some of Sharon's favorite embossing folders come from Lisa Horton,

These are from Hunky Dory. You punch out the layers and using pop dots prop each layer on top of the one below it to create a quick dimensional image for your cards.

Moving on to new dies and stamps. First this dandelion die. This is a great die for a slim line card.

This one is a little different. In a way it's a negative die. There is no cutting border along the outer edge of these dies. They will leave a cut out pattern inside your paper.

You can see the pattern on the back of the packaging that the die leaves.

More stencils and Easter dies from Creative Expressions.

I think these are Studio One.

Moonstone Words of Faith

Here is a great dot patterned stamp.

Sayings from Studio One

Pink Fresh has new gemstones in a variety of colors. They come in  Variety of colors and sizes and have flat backs. Each package has several ombre or coordinating colors to that color family.

Great small stencil brushes. Get one for each color family.

Paper in new products, these gorgeous papers and cut aparts.

I'm finishing new products with theses stamps, dies and stencils from Pink Fresh. Notice the curve in the stamps and the second stamp set that is just curves, circles and words. These two sets along with the dies and stencils are designed to work together to create a coordinate image and sentiment.

I promised a peek at what Mona demoed on Friday. She used the Taylored Expressions Gnome die and the coordinating add-on for Easter. We're sure Taylor will be coming out with more holiday and seasonal add-ons for this basic die set.

The gnomes are attached but you can easily cut them apart. When together fold them accordion style and they will stand on there own,

Mona also used the box die, the wreath stamp and die and the chicks stamp and die sets from Pretty Pink Posh to make these box cards and the wreath card.

We may be out of the chicks but we have these Sunny Studio stamps that would work just as well.

Mona loved the umbrella die and I'm bummed I couldn't get a good shot of the shaker she made. I do have this umbrella slim line and the samples from the umbrella stencil to share.

That's it for now. Sharon is shooting for the first of April to begin her Wednesday night videos. She's feeling a lot better but still has days when she just needs to take it easy rather than to try and do too much. She will be back this Saturday with new product and Mona doing a Friday video was still up in the air. We'll see. Until then here s my funny for the week.

I've been experiencing some delayed jet lag the last few days and haven't had the energy to get my crafty on. Hoping tomorrow will find me at the dining room table ready to work. I hope you have your spring crafty on and above all are staying safe.
P.S. - A little spring sunshine. He may not be made out of butter but he's darn cute!
