Happy Monday!

It is December 12 and we are getting so close to Christmas!! I love the Christmas season so I celebrate the season as early as possible because time seems to fly by. I still have some crafty projects that need to be finished before the holiday and some gifts to wrap but otherwise, I am in good shape.

For this week's sample, I am using a couple of dies from HoneyBee that create the sweetest scene when used together.

For this card, I used the Vintage Picnic Basket along with the Lovely Layers Winter Greenery die sets. I cut all of the pieces from white cardstock and then used several different distress inks to add color to each piece. I had to make a slightly larger card, 5 1/2x 4 1/2 because I did not want to cut down any of the greenery. I wanted the greenery to have a  frosted, glittery look so I used some white ink and distress mica flakes on the tips of the branches, greenery, and pinecone. I really enjoyed arranging all the floral pieces inside the picnic basket in order to make this festive card!

Supplies used:
--HoneyBee: Vintage Picnic Basket, Lovely Layers Winter Greenery
--Ranger Distress Mica Flakes
--MFT ink: Wild Cherry, Field Day, Sour Apple, Prickly Pear, Limelight, Milk Chocolate, Jalapeno Popper
--Tim Holtz distress inks: Tumbled Glass, Tea Dye, Vintage Photo

I hope that everyone has a very crafty week! --Kim
