It's getting closer...Part 1

I'm back with the first of a two part post for this week. Sharon posted a video on Wednesday night and a preview of the new Lawn Fawn release on Thursday. This post will cover those videos and I'll do another after Saturday's video. On Wednesday night Sharon shared her samples of a new Concord and 9th bow and package die set. Sharon had lots of fun creating different samples. I like to start with Sharon's opening desk with all the bits and pieces.

The bow is a two part assembly. To create dimension the one piece of the bow is designed to be the top of the bow loop and the second piece is cut out of a darker piece to show the bottom side of the bow, You also have two tails that can be used facing in or facing out. The plaid piece is the card base. When you combine the two it will fit into an A2 envelope.

Next up is a birthday card using a different style of bow that's in the set. Sharon experimented in creating dimension by adding foam squares in-between layers. Another bonus is that Sharon used her scraps to create the ric-rac stripes.

The set also comes with a stripe that can be used down the center of the present.

Another sample created using a stencil.

A third style of bow is included in the set.

And of course, we have a Bill's version!

Sharon created dimension on this white bow by adding a little gray Copic to the bottom piece and lines where the ribbon is gathered at the knot.

Thursday at noon was the official release of Lawn Fawn's first release for 2024. It has a valentine's theme and introduces several cute porcupines spreading holiday cheer. My favorite is the waffles!

A new Valentine's glimmer plate.

This plate is designed to work with hot foil. We carry Deco Foil made for hot foiling with our other Glimmer Machine foils.

This came out great!

Valentine's stamp set with a matching heart die.

This is an add-on to the Ta Da Diorama, a grassy hill design.

Mushrooms are all the craze lately.

A new Magic Iris add-on.

A heart filled piercing plate.

Love these waffle stamps!

Porcupine Love!

There's also a stencil set. It was hard to see from the front of the packaging so I'm showing the backside.

The heart box.

That's it for Part 1. I'll add a second post after Saturday. I should be baking this weekend, we'll see. My funny for today.

Stay warm, keep baking and above all Stay Safe!
